There is nothing wrong with the gift cards—sometimes people get confused on how to add them. Follow the steps below:

HOW TO ADD YOUR GIFTCARD
Open the Yogurtland App (NOT the website)
Go to Account
Tap Balance / Wallet
Under your balance, select Transfer Value
Enter the provided gift card number and PIN
Once added, you can use your balance:
In-store
Online
For delivery
Pin for all: 2082
