Each item is packed with care so it arrives exactly as shown. Coins are placed in cardboard or non-PVC flips, and higher-value pieces are packaged with extra protection to prevent any movement during transit.
Tracking is included on all orders. Every package is sealed with a security sticker before it leaves us.

To be eligible for a full refund, coins and bullion must remain sealed in their original 2x2 flips or packaging. Items that have been removed from their holder or have a broken or tampered security seal may not be eligible for a full refund.

When returning an item, please package it securely to prevent damage in transit. Using the original packaging is recommended when possible.
