The original box is included, along with the foam, and other paperwork. The box shows very minimal signs of wear. The wheels show no signs of wear. I inspected the locomotive and found no issues or missing parts. This locomotive has never been tested. It comes with standard headlights, a cab mounted gyralight, and lighted number boards. The DCC address is set to 3.
