Freight Shipments

Packaging & Insurance

All items are packaged according to carrier guidelines. Freight shipments are securely strapped to a pallet and shrink-wrapped.

All shipments are insured. In the event of shipping damage, we will provide proof of insurance to assist with filing a claim. 

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated in the listing

If a return is accepted, it must be approved prior to shipment back to the seller

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery

A 20% restocking fee applies

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (original and return)

Item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original components and accessories

Tracking and insurance are required for all return shipments
