Condition is "Used". This unit has seen some use, and does appear to have been taken apart and reassembled at some point. I believe the outer case was put backwards during reassembly. However, it does seem to work properly. The light turns on, the reset works, it makes different noises, and the timing of them varies in relation to the knobs.
