I have to say pre owned, but as you can see by all pictures there is not any signs it was ever used. Garment bag, is included. It expands about 2" but when it is not expanded it is 26" x 20" x 10". Has pull up handle, which is still nice and clean, no darkening from use. From smoke free and pet free home. Weight when packaged is over 17 pounds, and box size is 29.5x20.5x11 so shipping will be high, via USPS Ground Advantage.
