Domestic orders will be sent from eBay's official cooperative warehouse, so far we have settled in 7 official cooperative warehouses.

All the orders will be sent from the warehouse that is closest to the delivery address. The carrier usually picks up the packages within 1 day (except holidays and weekends). Sometimes the carrier may not update the tracking in time, so we arranged staff to follow up the tracking status of all orders. If there is any abnormality, we will provide solutions to guarantee the rights and interests of customers.

1). Please make sure your address and contact information is accurate and correct.

2). International orders will be shipped out via expedite shipping service, sometimes it will be faster than domestic shipping, and there’s barely any item damage that is caused by violent transportation, but the delivery time of individual countries and regions will highly depend on flight and local customs clearance process.

3). For international orders, customers will be obligated to pay for the import taxes if there’s any. In order to ensure you receive your commodities and pay lower taxes, we will declare the custom invoice with a lower value, we do this to save your cost. The value does not mean the total you paid for the order.
