This top is in very good use condition. It has no tears stains or loose threads that I saw. It is size extra large and feels like a cotton blend. As I get most of my items from either estate sales where people have given me stuff I can’t guarantee that this is from a smoke or pet free home, but I can’t guarantee that I do wash my items and it will arrive to you smell lightly of detergent.
