This is a listing for a vintage Star Wars 1983 Klaatu Kenner Action Figure New on Card. Card and bubble come to you in fair / good condition and card has the mail away Emperor Action figure offer as well as the sticker for the "Free Coin" offer. Card is punched. Card shows some signs of wear and creases as well as sticker residue and some price sticker surface tears and edge wear. Bubble is still firmly attached to card.  Bubble does not show any dents, but has a crack in the top right corner and looks like it is yellowing slightly.  Would be a nice addition to any collection.
