Installation：
1. First time to use this sterilizer, should need to adjust those two front feet. To make them higher than the end two. It will make chamber add with more distilled water.
2. The machine should be placed on the flat position horizontally. Then take out the bottom plate and add water into the chamber slowly. Be sure those heating elements should be covered by water completely. Keep machine 10cm distance away from the walls.Connect the drain tube with steam vent in the back of sterilizer. Make sure the drain tube was inserted fully and secured with clamp. Another side of drain tube should be fixed and collected with sewer or barrel.
3. Recommended injection water volume (raising feet to highest ): 950-1000ml.
4. Place the heat-insulating plate above heating bar. And put silicone strip at chamber mouth.
5. The outlet end of the drain pipe cannot contact with the surface of sewage. To prevent sewage suction back to chamber during cooling down.
6) Tips for placing sterilization pouches: Place pouches with paper side facing down in a staggered manner. To avoid causing wet packaging.
Sterilization process introduce:
1. "134℃ Program" button:
Heating to pressure 0.70bar(HE.1)-the first exhaust (ГE.1)-Heating to pressure 1.70bar (HE.2)-the second exhaust (ГE2)-Heating to pressure 2.20bar (HE.3)- Start 135°C Sterilization (Lasts 6minutes)-the third exhaust (ГE.3)Balance to pressure 0.00bar (LED display “END”)- open the door (Sterilization completed).
2. "121℃ Program" button:
Heating to pressure 0.70 bar (HE.1)-the first exhaust (ГE.1)-Heating to pressure 1.00bar (HE.2)the second exhaust (ГE.2)-Heating to pressure 1.20bar (HE.3)- Start 122℃ Sterilization(Lasts 25minutes)-the third exhaust (ГE.3)-Balance to pressure 0.00bar (LED display “END”)-open the door (Sterilization completed).
3. "Dry Program" button:
Caution: Confirm that door was not closed, DRY would not able to be started after door was closed.
Click the“DRVAbutton to make indicator lighting. Click the “START” button during indicator is lighting (5 seconds). Pressure window will showing 19 seconds counting. Means drying was started. If the drying effect is not as expected, can run the drying again.
