This listing is for 3 items combined; the Ultra-Speed PCIe card (3J7WX, 71RJN,GJ7WX) and two PCIe Gen4x4 1TB NVMe drives (2DY5T). Everything pictured.  

The Dell 3J7WX is the Dell Ultra-Speed Drive Quad NVMe M.2 PCIe x16 SSD Advanced Card (also referred to as the Ultra-Speed Drive Quad FH Bracket or Zoom4 adapter in some docs). 3J7WX, 71RJN and GJ7WX are the same PCIe Card X

It is a PCIe x16 full-height card that installs into a standard PCIe x16 slot and holds up to 4x M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs. It acts as a multi-port interposer/adapter, splitting the x16 lanes into x4 per drive (with PCIe bifurcation support required in the BIOS for full performance).
