Bound bi-monthly newspaper volume “Our Young Folks Illustrated Paper” out of Augusta, Maine with complete issues from October 1, 1872 to September 15, 1873. The papers are in super nice shape considering their age with no tears or any real damage aside from minor discoloration and a few creases at the corners. The cover however is split at the seam and pretty beat up. It’s functional though.

Mostly fiction stories with some smaller columns for puzzles, song lyrics, and poetry. My favorite column is called “Among the Fairies”. Example subtitle “The Dwarf King and Princess Lillibel.”
