If you are using a FREIGHT FORWARDING service to receive your package internationally, we will not offer any partial refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. Using a third forfeits eBay buyer protections. Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.

TESTING LEVELS

Laptops & Desktops: Unless stated otherwise, all laptops and desktops are working and functional. Any known issues will be listed at the bottom of the description, but sometimes USB ports are finicky or speakers have slight fuzz.

Everything Else:

• Tested for Power — Only tested for power. Other things could be wrong. Don't purchase unless you're willing to repair or replace components. This is where the deals happen.

• Basic Testing — Main components seem to function as intended. Deeper issues may exist. More deals can be found here.

• Audio/Video Equipment — Tested for power and basic functionality. Not all speaker channels or advanced features are verified.

• Comprehensive Testing — Computers, servers, RAM, CPUs, and Apple devices receive thorough evaluations, but not every USB port and speaker is tested. These are USED items that may contain flaws.

• New & Sealed — Brand-new items in sealed packaging. We assume they work as intended. If you encounter issues, we gladly accept returns.

Item Condition

• Used & Tested — Tested for functionality with findings noted. Hidden issues could still exist.

• As-Is — May function perfectly or require attention. Often we simply don't have the software or power cord to fully test.

• Parts & Repair — Determined to be non-working or broken.

Accessories: Chargers, power cords, and other accessories are NOT INCLUDED unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Costs: Set by carriers based on weight and dimensions. We package items securely and efficiently to keep costs reasonable.

Free Shipping Returns: Items with free shipping that are returned will have shipping and a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
