We respond to email inquiries during business hours and will make every effort to reply promptly outside of those times as well.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition. All returns must be initiated through eBay. Once we confirm that the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, we will promptly issue a refund for the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
We process all orders within one business day, often the same day. Because we offer both fixed-price Buy It Now listings and auctions, orders placed on holidays or Sundays will be shipped on the next business day.
Payment
All payments must be made through Ebay. EBay will automatically open an unpaid item case if payment is not received within three days of the auctions end. Immediate payment is required for Buy It Now purchases.
