Condition: New in factory plastic wrap.  Plastic wrapping has some tears as shown in the photos.

Shipping:  I always try to ship same day whenever possible.  The only exception would generally be if something is purchased on a Saturday after the post office closes, or a Sunday, in which case I would ship the item Monday morning.
