1. The warehouse is located in Ontario California, USA, and local pickup transactions are temporarily unavailable.
2. All domestic orders will be shipped from our US warehouse via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, we usually take 1-2 business days as processing time for packing and shipping arrangements, usually around 3-5 business days to your home door.
3. USPS PO Box, APO Army Post Office, FPO Fleet Post Office addresses are not available.
4. We ship the package to your shipping address in eBay orders.
5. If you do not receive your goods within 15 days after payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns
1. Defective products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the item.
2. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging, you will need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return and a custom label for the item.
3. Refunds will be returned within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return. When we receive and process the return, we will refund the applicable amount.
Warranty
1. When the product does not meet the described function, we define it as defective, in line with the product warranty period.
2. We will replace defective items provided they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer returns the original item and pays the cost of the replacement.
3. If replacement is not possible or you want a refund, we will refund the purchase price and return the original package at your own expense.
4. Man-made damage caused by abuse or misuse is not covered by this warranty.
5. No product liability insurance.
