I do refund shipping overage if more Than a dollar! ~ So If I post 10.00 for shipping which say would be to go to California and it only goes to Illinois for 7.00 I refund you back the 3.00. And If the postage is more than I had posted (which Happens a lot) I pay the extra cost. I always put the postage amount on the label for you.
