On orders of 2 or more in addition to the discount for a multi pack purchase the postage will be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 Tracked. On larger or bespoke orders please contact by email for a tailored price where postage will be via Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Parcelforce24.
Our plants and condition they arrive with you is important to us so we do not post on a Friday or over the weekend as postage takes 1 or 2 days to arrive. Plants are posted Monday to Thursday (we aim to post orders received before 2pm Thursday on the same day). Orders received after 10am on a Thursday will be posted the following Monday.
We do not post on a Thursday before a Bank Holiday, this avoids plants being delayed or stored in a postage depot over the weekend.
Plants are well packaged and travel well. Packaging contains acid free paper, newspaper/straw or Hay. Please notify if you have any allergies, where we recommend opening outdoors as it can cause some mess.
