2. Transshipper Payment: Domestic shipping (UPS) + Box fee (Paid directly to the Transshipper).

* Seller will select the most suitable Transshipper for you.

* However, if you already have a preferred Transshipper, please inform me, and I will be happy to use them.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY (DOA)

  • Refund: We offer a refund for the FISH COST ONLY (Export and shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Requirement: Dead fish MUST remain in the original sealed plastic bag.
  • Proof: Send a clear photo/video of the DOA fish in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery.

Shipping Schedule: We ship from Thailand every 2 weeks on Saturday.
