This cutlery has a standard design that can be used with any style of cooking. Particular attention was paid to ease of holding and use, such as the length of the handle and the angle of the curve. It is made of rust-resistant 18-8 stainless steel, and the surface is polished finely and linearly to give it a hairline (matte) finish.
