Description

 

Valve trombone is similiar to slide trombone.It is the presence of 3 valves instead of slides which makes the difference.It is generally used in orchetral partys & themes. It provides a sharp intonation of sounds for music. The presence of valves provides extra variation regarding the pitches in sounds. Valve trombones provide increased agility but diminished tone quality.

The trombone it became important in dance and jazz bands.
