Desguace Roma is an Authorized Treatment Center composed of a team of professionals whose main purpose is the recovery and optimal treatment of all materials from our vehicles.

At Desguace Roma, we are committed to environmental protection, which is why we treat and recycle each of the materials that cannot be reused for sale. In this way, we carry out comprehensive automobile recycling.

We facilitate the free removal of our clients' vehicles, as well as the processing of deregistration with the Directorate General of Traffic DGT.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

For large-volume items such as hoods, engines, fenders, or oversized parts, inquire about shipping costs.

The estimated delivery dates take into account the seller's handling time, the origin postal code, the destination postal code, and the time of acceptance. They depend on the selected shipping service and the payment being completed. Delivery times may vary, especially during periods of high activity.

Delivery is based on stipulated costs for the entire peninsula. For the islands and other countries, please consult.

If the customer does not select the appropriate shipping costs, the order will be canceled.

Return Policy Details

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.

If the material does not comply in nature or quantity with the specifications stated on your invoice, the return will be accepted within 14 days following delivery according to Law 3/2014, Chapter IV, Art. 71 of March 27, 2014

Defective Part

If the part we send from Desguace Roma is found to be defective, it will be returned to our scrapyard and we will send a replacement part at no additional shipping cost. If this is not possible, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued or the amount of the defective part will be refunded.

Wrong Part

If the error is attributable to Desguace Roma, the same procedure as for a defective part will be followed.
If the error is attributable to the customer, no refund will be issued. A voucher for another purchase will be issued, deducting 10% for packaging and handling costs, with a minimum of €10.
In the case of possible compatibilities between different spare parts, Desguace Roma is not responsible nor aware of these compatibilities. The buyer must verify that the part they are purchasing is valid for their vehicle; otherwise, they must bear the shipping, packaging, and handling costs of 10%.
