Installation of the Product
- Insert the telescopic rods into the two supporting bases and ensure both bases remain level.
- Measure the distance between the two sides of the door frame.
- Adjust the Bar Length -- Adjust the bar length by rotating the telescopic rods on both sides according to the rotation indicator labels until the bar length is close to the width of the door frame. Note: When adjusting the length, release the red stoppers and ensure both sides are adjusted evenly according to the reference scale markings.
- Install and Tighten the Pull-Up Bar -- Place the pull-up bar horizontally between the door frames. Rotate the handles in the direction indicated by the yellow rotation labels to extend the bar. While rotating the handles, keep one support foot in contact with the door frame so that the opposite side can extend toward the frame. Continue rotating until both support feet press firmly against both sides of the door frame and the bar is securely tightened.
- Lock the Stopper --Once the bar is securely tightened and stable, lock the red stoppers on both sides to prevent rotation.
- Before use, pull down on the bar to confirm it is stable and does not move.
