Handling Time

• Up to 1~7 business days (maximum).

• Most orders are shipped earlier than the stated handling time.

• Tracking information will be uploaded once dispatched.

Shipping Address

• The shipping address cannot be changed after payment.

• Buyers must provide a complete and accurate address and phone number.

• The shipping address must match the registered eBay/PayPal address.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer?s responsibility in accordance with eBay policy.

• For shipments to the United States, applicable import taxes are covered by the seller.

Important ? Countries Requiring Tax ID / Import ID

For certain countries including, but not limited to:

• Mexico

• Brazil

• Chile

A valid Tax ID / Import ID is required for customs clearance.

• Buyers must provide valid tax information directly to the seller before shipment.

• Failure to provide required tax information may result in shipping delays.

• Any delay, return, refusal, or destruction caused by missing or incorrect tax information is the buyer?s responsibility.

If a package is returned due to:

• Unpaid customs fees

• Missing or invalid Tax ID

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempts

The following will be deducted from the refund:

• Round-trip shipping cost

• 10% restocking fee

Returns & Refunds (Sealed Items Only)

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Return shipping cost is the buyer?s responsibility.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and factory sealed.

Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items (not due to manufacturing defects) may be refused or subject to:

• 10% restocking fee

• Original and return shipping deduction

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
