If you are unsatisfied with your tire for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the tire is returned in its original, unused condition. We do not charge restocking fees; however, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Important: The return policy will be voided if the tire shows any signs of the following (including but not limited to):
Being mounted to a wheel/rim.
Being installed on a vehicle.
Having a valve stem installed.
Being painted, altered, or damaged (e.g., from attempted installation or balancing).
The tire must be returned in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via eBay messages to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
