I combine shipping cost on multiple purchases as long as you are making 1 payment for all items won at the same time with 1 payment, not multiple separate payments. eBay online shipping calculator will not combine shipping cost with items already paid for or if you are trying to combine items where special offers were sent by seller and being used as part of your purchase. If you are trying to combine items where special offers may be being used the shipping charges will have to be combined by seller after items are paid for. Seller is not allowed to combine shipping cost of special offer items being bought due to eBay rules that are in place by eBay. You must notify seller about the multiple seperate payments to be able to get excess shipping cost refunded once seller ships items. Items will ship in a sturdy cardboard box.
