Therefore I ask you not to bid and then rate my insured shipping rates as high. There are no hidden costs. All shipping and handling costs are stated.  Each item is wrapped professionally and securely and mailed the same or the next day.  Shipping and handling rates are more than the postage stamped on the package. Insurance, gift boxes, packaging and gas, etc. are all taken into account.
