Painted lettering on the rear of the boiler indicates that this model was originally sold in Gamages, Holborn, London and was likely produced by a German manufacturer, believed to be Marklin or similar. This model shows clear signs of age-related wear, including significant paint loss and surface rust on the metalwork. The locomotive appears to be largely complete, although is unlikely to run in its current condition.
