Obsolete RARE Philippines MOTOR VEHICLES OFFICES Agent ID No. 1221

This is a historical Agent Identification Card issued by the Motor Vehicles Office (MVO) of the Philippines,
dated April 11, 1958. It belonged to Mr. Generoso P. Ocampo, who was designated as an agent empowered to enforce the Motor Vehicle Law.

The card was issued under the Department of Public Works and Communications,
which oversaw the Motor Vehicles Office at the time. The MVO was a precursor to the modern-day Land Transportation Office (LTO).

The ID is encased in a thick, clear plastic laminate with rounded corners.
There is noticeable yellowing or browning across the entire surface of the card,
likely due to the natural aging of the paper stock and the adhesive used in the lamination process.
There is a blue ink stain visible on the upper left and right edges. Despite the aging, the primary typewritten text,
the large red "MVO" overprint, and the handwritten signatures remain clearly legible.
The back of the card appears slightly cleaner than the front but still exhibits the same overall yellowed tone and minor edge wear.
The id photo was intentionally blurred for privacy purposes.

Measures approx. 97 mm x 66 mm.
