1. Upon unpacking, verify that the complete unit and accessories are as specified.
2. Inspect all fasteners on the main unit for any looseness.
3. During installation, ensure vibration-damping components (rubber pads) align with corresponding upper and lower holes.
4. After adjusting the vibrating feeder's height and level, secure the lower base to the support frame or mounting plate. 5. Maintain a clearance between the vibrating feeder outlet and mating components to prevent impairment of feeder functionality. 6. Connect the electrical plug to the control box (Note: The control box must be waterproof and oil-resistant). Apply 220V or 110V power supply, switch on, and gradually adjust the potentiometer to achieve the required feed rate.
7. After two years of normal operation, disassemble all components of the base frame. Thoroughly clean dust and contaminants from all parts, then reassemble and recalibrate to restore the required feed rate.
