📷 All pictures are samples but we send plants of similar type and quality. They will be shipped with leaves and roots removed, leaving the bulb and petioles. Please refer to the sample fresh cutting image in the gallery. It is normal to have the leaves and outer petiole wilt away during transit. Do not place them under direct sunlight during the rooting phase when you first received the cuttings. 

📃 Phytosanitary Certificate

We offer Phytosanitary Certificate free of charge regardless of order quantity. The original document will be in a transparent envelope attached to the parcel. 

⚙️ Processing Time

Application of the phytosanitary certificate can take 3 to 7 working days (up to 2 weeks for EU countries). Please check with us if you are pressing for time for an order. 

✈️ Shipping

We use economy, EMS and courier shipping services. The standard option takes about 10-30 days. High recommend at least the EMS option to avoid potential delays. Courier service is the default option for EU countries unless import permit is available.   

📦 Packaging 

The plants will be wrapped in fresh sphagnum moss at the root ball for optimal survivability during transit. So long as the bulb is firm, it will put out new leaves once they are repotted in consistently damp medium (avoid waterlogging). 

❄️ Cold weather

To be safe, we recommend NOT to place order during such time when temperature in your region (and arrival port) goes below freezing temperature (0 degree celsius) to avoid unforeseen delays as even insulated parcel can freeze.

📌 For our customers in the USA who opted for expedited/courier shipping, customs taxes and import duties are included in the cost. An import permit is not required (for more than 12 plants).

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our plants and offer refunds or replacements exclusively for plants that arrive dead (DOA). Please take a single track and unedited video when unpacking your order upon arrival, showing the plants clearly and contact us immediately — no later than the delivery date — for our review. We will not be responsible if the plant died during acclimatization. The video must show:
1. The box with original seal,
2. The plants being removed from the box and unwrapped. 

📦 Replacement: 

We will provide the same plant(s) at no additional cost for the item itself (shipping excluded). If you opt for a replacement shipment, full shipping fees will apply.

💰 Refund: Depending on the situation, we may issue a partial or full refund for the plant price only (shipping costs excluded). 

💔 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived after expected delivery time, please check the tracking number provided. If it's delayed or held (e.g., at customs), we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier service. Please note that lost packages are not eligible for guaranteed refunds from us, as they fall under the courier's responsibility.
