Our policies are as such and please only purchase if you agree. We don't refund on sweets however if there is a issue with your order, please let us know and we do our best to sort it out. We also don't refund for delivery if this is late or issue with delivery as this is something out of our control all our sweets are securely packed,  If  however there is any issue with delivery please let us know and we will do our best to sort it out for you. 

When writing your personalised message make sure you have re-read it and make sure you  happy with it as changers can't be made. We will put  the exact message you write in the personalised box and this will be printed on the sticker, again we can't be held responsible for the wrong wording .

This is a handmade product, it can take up to 3 working days to 

despatch, regardless of what date eBay has put of the delivery status. If your party is in a week's time, we ask you to let us know first so we can try and arrange for it to be dispatched earlier, but this depends on how busy we are at the time.
