"Training for the Theatre: Premises & Promises" by Michel Saint-Denis - a seminal work by a legendary theatre practitioner who was instrumental in shaping 20th century acting training in the UK, USA, and Europe.

This ex-libris copy is in very good condition. The cover is protected by rigid plastic adhesive film. The thinner adhesive film along the spine is loose in places. The pages are undamaged, un-annotated and the corners are sharp.

Inside, the first five pages bear the stickers, stamps and biro markings of Elm Park College Library. There is a classification sticker to the base of the spine. There are stamps to one inner page, the last page and the inside of the back cover. 

A significant and influential publication - rich in content and character, and this copy is in wonderful condition for its age.
