Enlarged print of a vintage early 1940s linen postcard. Print is 17" wide by 11" tall with a half-inch white border. If you see handwritten numbers or stray marks or yellowing on these old postcards, rest assured we will clean it up before we print your poster. We remove writing and ink stamps, minimize the linen texture, normalize the colors and basically make the poster look like the original postcard did when it was printed. 

These postcards were originally produced using black & white photographs that were hand-colored by studio artists, so it is an authentic view of the scene from the early 1940s, but the colors were imagined by the artists.
