Directions for Use

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a toothbrush. Brush using sweeping motions: on the upper jaw move the brush from top to bottom, on the lower jaw from bottom to top. Clean the chewing surfaces with back-and-forth motions. Brush your teeth for 3 minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
