Looks to be in great condition, with original box and all the paperwork included. Box and paperwork also seem to be in good condition 
I think it is complete, Im not 100% sure. The guardrails threw me off until I read the paper that was included that the guard rail count might be wrong. 
Also looks like there is extra pieces. Aside from the drag strip set.
