It is intended to detect signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea for people 18 or older without a diagnosis of sleep apnea.

COSMETIC CONDITION: Good

This unit is in good physical condition with some moderate wear. There are scratches on the touchscreen, and minor scratches on the sides.

This unit has been previously used but is in working condition and functions as intended. The unit has been tested and reset to factory default settings. **Battery life for USED items cannot be guaranteed**

Our Return policy only covers items that are DOA, or not as described. You have 30 days of receiving the item to let us know what troubles you are having and that you would to start a return. We will not accept returns without contacting us first. Once we receive the item, we will either exchange or fully refund.

At Surplusbydesign, items sold “As-Is” or “Working As-Is” are NOT eligible for returns, refunds and/or exchanges. AS-IS or Working AS-IS items are FINAL SALE.

Upon discovery of issues with “As-Is” and “Working As-Is” items, we stop testing and issues may not be limited to those outlined in our listing

Any unit / item that comes with a battery, the battery may or may not be functional (fully or partially). Regardless of the product is listed as brand new, open box, used or as-is. We will not authorize any refund for a battery related issue. As batteries are consumable items with limited life spans it is the responsibility of the purchaser to bid / buy accordingly with our battery policy in mind.

We cannot guarantee any further or existing manufacturer warranty. We do not offer extended warranties on any of our items for purchase.

We ship via multiple national carriers based on customer location, if your region is considered a remote region or if the national carrier doesn't deliver to your region and an alternate carrier needs to be used. You may have to pay additional shipping fees to cover the cost to ship to your area. We may partner up with local delivery services that are not national carriers but deliver in specific city centers. 

All cell phones are sold unlocked (unless otherwise stated) but are not tested on any networks.

Cell phones sold by Surplus By Design are not guaranteed to work outside of Canada, and may not work with all Canadian cellular providers. Please check with your provider prior to bidding to ensure whether the phone is compatible on their network. Returns related to network compatibility issues will not be accepted.

Network and data connectivity have not been tested with any providers and are not guaranteed.

We do not ship internationally, any international orders will be cancelled and refunded.
