A. Warranty
(Used Equipment)
- We provide a 7-day ROR (Right of Refusal)
- 30 days warranty for refund and repair due to product failure or defect.
- Please note that proof of the defect (a calibration test report from an ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration laboratory) are required to claim warranty.
- Provided that TAKIHARA Co., Ltd accept the evidence of defect, repair and roundtrip shipping costs shall be borne by TAKIHARA Co., Ltd.
The warranty does not cover the following cases
- Malfunctions and damages caused by customer's mishandling, modification, severe use, moving, transportation, dropping, liquid spillage, submersion in water, etc.
- Malfunctions and damages caused by environmental conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, gas damage, vibration, pollution, salt damage, dust intrusion, etc.
- Malfunctions and damages caused by natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, windstorm, flood, etc.
- Malfunctions and damages caused by external factors such as voltage, etc.
- Malfunctions and damages caused by connection or use of hardware, software, interface, supplies, etc. not approved by the manufacturer.
- Discoloration, scratches, deformation, etc. of the exterior.
- Repair or replacement of parts of CRT, LCD, or other display devices.
- Repair or replacement of consumables such as batteries, hard disks, Windows startup failure, printer ink or parts, or periodic replacement parts.

Supports global forwarders such as FedEx and DHL.
C. About customs duties
Import Duties, Taxes, And Charges Are Not Included In The Item Price Or Shipping Charges. These Charges Are The Buyer's Responsibility.

We Do Not Mark Merchandise Values Below Value Or Mark Items As - Gifts - The US And International Government Regulations Prohibit Such Behavior.
