In good condition. The covers are in rough shape, badly chipped and scraped, and the tabs are dirty and dog eared. Beyond that it's pristine. The pages are clean, straight, and bright white. If I'm being honest I imagine the guide was never opened or flipped through, but at some point a mouse got to it and chewed up the covers.
