Preparation for Operation:

• Confirm the safety protection measures.
• Check if the machine is 110VAC and make sure that the pressure will not fluctuate.
• See if the temperature of the plastic bucket is set at about 302°F(different hot melt adhesives have different softening points. For specific setting values, refer to the data provided by the hot melt adhesive supplier).
• Check whether the foot switch is connected and whether any conductive objects have touched the components in the electric control box.
• Check if the air supply system is basically dry and the air pressure is stable
• Power on and test the circuit of each part.
  

Boot Steps:

• Connect the power and turn the power switch to “ON”.
• Check if the temperature of the temperature controller is within the above range.
• Check whether the pressure relief is turned in the direction of pressure holding.
• Connect the origin, set the pressure value, and start the operation.

Shutdown Steps:

1. Release the foot switch to cut off the main power

2. Disconnect the air pipe, or adjust the pressure regulating valve of the filter cup to 0.

Notes

• Please always wear safety gloves, goggles, and long-sleeved work clothes(not included) during use to avoid burning hot liquid hot melt adhesive. Before heating the melted glue, the pressure of the storage tank must be released first. After adding the sol, the lid of the glue tank must be locked.
• Please note that the gas circuit should avoid too much water vapor entering. The capacity of hot melt adhesive should not exceed one-seventh of the capacity of the storage tank.
• In order to achieve a better result and avoid damage, please set the minimum air pressure to 8.82lbs and the maximum temperature to 392℉.
• Please note that this product needs to be used with an air compressor, so you need to prepare it in advance.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
