September 1970 Volume 9 Number 9 issue of Popular Hot Rodding , 53 year-old drag racing magazine. Magazine is in good condition. There are no damaged pages and there is no cover separation at the spine, but there is wear on the cover and the centerspread page is missing. I will include a copy of the missing centerspread page.

AHRA Spring Nationals in Bristol Tenn, Richard Tharp drove the Critz & Donovan entry to the top fuel win over Ed Careccia , Gene Snow was the funny car winner over Fritz Callier and Ronnie Sox was the super stock (pro stock) winner over Dick Landy
The Baja 500 Off-Road Race is also featured. The Parnelli Jones / Bill Stroppe Ford Bronco "Colt" (with photo) was the overall winner
