Epson Perfection V700 Photo Scanner for Parts or Repair

The scanner was only tested for power functionality. It powers on, indicated by a green light but during startup, the scanner rail becomes stuck, resulting in red blinking lights. It is uncertain whether there is debris obstructing the mechanism or if the belt requires replacement. No additional testing has been conducted and for this reason, we are selling the item AS-IS. Only scanner, power supply is NOT included.
