We aim to safely package and post all items within 24 hours of fully cleared payment (Weekends excluded). We offer FREE DELIVERY to UK Mainland on all our Buy-It-Now products. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Isle locations an additional charge may apply for items that are sent via Courier Services (This does not apply for Royal Mail items). 

Our Free Delivery is 2-3 UK Standard Service. If you require the item quicker we do offer a 1-day Special Delivery service which can be selected at checkout for an additional cost

We offer a 30 day non quibble return policy for any item that is returned unused and with all original tags and packaging intact. You are welcome to return for a full refund or exchange for another size in the case of an item not fitting if we have the required size available.

In the case you feel you have received an item not as described or has arrived damaged, then please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can help to arrange the items return, where you would receive a full refund or a replacement if available.
