Umbreon LV33 HP70 No.197 Pokemon Card Game neo Japanese (Old Back) was purchased in Okinawa, Japan between 1995-2000.  Kids lost interest when we moved to the U.S. and has been stored away in storage until 2025.  Card is in excellent new like condition.
