You are bidding on a Vintage Gavel 7" Sorority Fraternity Inscribed "ΘΣΦ" (Theta Sigma Phi)  "Alpha Tau From Chi 1950". The wood gavel is 7" long and when I purchased the metal was a dark grey tarnish.  I used my silver polishing rag and it sparkled right up. I am not sure if the metal is solid silver, but it shined up like all I have owned.  Very nice Sorority Fraternity collectible.
