One piston is for sure NOT useable or needs to be cleared with a professional

Rods all look pretty good, also please refer pics to a professional machinist to clear them before purchasing! From my experience, I’ve used same condition rods before.

the one piston that’s damaged has some sort of marks on the top, and some skirt damage. The cylinder it was in, was rusted.

All wrist pins move freely
