Please understand that the buyer has to be responsible for getting their order from the delivery service. The buyer will have to manage the order as soon as it's tracking details are updated by selecting which collection point you wish for it to be dropped off to, for example, a safe place, a trusted neighbour or a collection point (please note that this is not as hard as it seems and does not take too much effort). The original postage fee will not be refunded if orders are missed, unclaimed or returned to the sender as packing and sending parcels take a long period of time to do.
