Please ensure you add the engraving details in the personalisation box, if the box is empty we shall message you, if we do not get a reply with any details before the dispatch date, we shall have to cancel the order as we cannot send them blank without your permission.

If you do not require any engraving, simply put "NONE" In the personalisation box

We can engrave the plate with 4 x lines of text, wit a maximum 25 letters per line. Please do not go over the max we allow as it may result in delays and possible cancellation

We do not add emojis, special characters etc, as the engraving machines will just turn them back into lines and boxes etc
