1971 early US original pressing by PH Philips plant.  Released by Parrot (PAS 71047).  Stereo release.

Sleeve is in strong VG+ condition.  Strong and clean seams and spine.  Sharp corners, clean, great color.  Just a couple dings etc. over the past almost 55 years.... original company advert inner included but will ship disc in audiophile sleeve.

Vinyl is graded in G+ condition.  Some pops and crackle are present on the playback testing, maybe a quick skip.  Overall it plays pretty well but again we grade on the worst parts of the test, not the best.  Vinyl appearance is actually super clean to the naked eye and under bright direct light it doesn't have all that many blemishes, a normal amount of light surface and hairlines marks are present, but there must be a scratch or two impacting the music because of how it play tested for me.
