It features a round multicolor design with a band width of about 4.5mm,.  It is signed by Cartier on the outside of the rose gold band.  

Inside this band are also inscribed the following: 750, 59,  The Copyright Mark of a C inside a circle, ES7975, and a small heart above letters that appear to be either SNOE or SNCE.

There are minute scratches on the insides of the bands, most likely from the bands rubbing against one another.
